Dr. Amber Smith graduated from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts in 2020 and attended Bowling Green State University in Ohio and George Mason University in Virginia for her undergraduate studies.

Dr. Smith’s focus includes behavioral/pediatric optometry, vision therapy, and neuro-optometric rehabilitation. She is a member of the College of Vision Development (COVD) and the Neuro-optometric Rehabilitation Association (NORA) and is pursuing a fellowship in both organizations. Dr. Smith has also completed additional training through the Optometric Extension Program Foundation (OEPF) for these specialties. Dr. Smith has extensive experience to diagnose and treat a plethora of visual dysfunctions due to binocular vision disorders (i.e.: eye turns, lazy eye, amblyopia, double vision), developmental delays (i.e.: dyslexia, ADHD, Autism), traumatic injury (i.e.: concussion, brain trauma, stroke), and other neurological defects (i.e.: Downs, Parkinson’s).
